  • Education

  • Leadership
  1. Structure:

Our organization is made up of REALTORS, Appraisers, and Affiliates.  We are governed by a group of 11 elected REALTOR members who make decisions to support our membership and maintain professionalism in our industry. Our officers and Board of Directors are elected every year to represent our members on important key issues facing our industry. Our committees, which are made up of member volunteers, offer resources for our Board of Directors and make recommendations to our Board on programs and policies.  To volunteer for our committees, please contact the Sun Valley Board of REALTORS® office at 208-726-7764 or email Grace@SunValleyRealtors.org.

  2. Code of Ethics

The REALTOR Code of Ethics is what sets REALTORS apart from other licensees in the state.  REALTORS have higher standards of practice and abide by the Code which is more than 100 years old.

The REALTOR Code of Ethics is broken down into three parts:

    Duties to Clients and Customers
    Articles 1-9

    Duties to the Public
    Articles 10-14

    Duties to REALTORS®
    Articles 15-17

If you believe that one of our members has acted in violation of any of the duties spelled out in the Code of Ethics, please click here to access complaint forms or contact Amanda@SunValleyRealtors.org to learn more about that process.
