Local Classes: Get first access to Sun Valley Board of REALTORS® education and member pricing to keep your license up-to-date.
Online Classes: Utilize our education partner, The CE Shop, to receive high quality, IREC approved, and on-demand online education.
News: Stay in the loop on the real estate industry, local government affairs, and more through our membership emails and communications.
Membership Meetings: Join other members for quarterly Membership Meetings for guest speakers from the association, local organizations and leaders, and from industry experts.
Networking Events: Get together with REALTORS® in the area with our Holiday Party and other special events for members only.
Local Governance: Members are expected to abide by the Sun Valley Board of REALTORS® local rules and policies. This creates a fair playing field for all our members and our staff functions as an oversight system to make sure all rules are followed.
Code of Ethics: All REALTORS® are expected to abide by the National Association of REALTORS®’ Code of Ethics. If ethical issues arise, the Sun Valley Board of REALTORS® oversees complaints and complaint adjudication for all our members. Learn more about the Code of Ethics here.
Local Advocacy: The Sun Valley Board of REALTORS® has a Government Affairs Director as a dedicated staff member who advocates for members, their clients, and the real estate industry on the local level. Our GAD is also a great resource for members about local ordinances, zoning questions, or staying on top of local issues.
REALTOR® Party: The National Association of REALTORS® is dedicated to advocating for REALTORS® and the real estate industry on the national level. All members benefit from NAR’s advocacy efforts, which take place on the federal, state, and local levels. To learn more, check out the REALTOR® Party website.
Over many years, Sun Valley REALTORS® have built their charitable efforts into a successful, stand-alone foundation. The incredible work of SVRG is partially supported by dues, as the association feels in addition to the incredibly charitable work, SVRG is important in strengthening the REALTOR® brand in the community.
