Our Mission
The mission of the Sun Valley Board of REALTORS® is to advocate for its members, to provide education and resources that enable them to conduct business successfully and profitably, to promote and enforce ethical standards, and to encourage and protect all forms of real property ownership.
Our Structure
The Sun Valley Board of REALTORS® is an organization recognized for the value and relevance it provides to its members and the community. We are a trade organization for the real estate industry and related fields. We have over 300 REALTOR® members, over 20 Appraisers and more than 25 Affiliate members from related fields. We offer services to real estate agents, appraisers, banks, title companies, and more! If you are in the real estate business or a related field, we are here for you! We are here to serve you and help you be successful in your business.
In addition to being a REALTOR® Association, the Sun Valley Board of REALTORS® owns its own MLS that covers Blaine County and southern Custer County.
Governance
The Sun Valley Board of REALTORS® is led by a Board of Directors and dedicated committees made up of volunteer member leaders. In addition to these governing bodies, all SVBOR members are governed by the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.
